Due to the personal nature of attar and fragrance products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • leaked product,
  • or wrong order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video/photos
